Terms and Conditions
ADVANCE BOOKING
We recommend booking your treatment in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid a 50% charge for the service, please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.
A credit card will be required at the time of booking.
SPA ARRIVAL
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to relax and enjoy the hotel pool and facilities before your treatment. If you prefer a quick escape, we suggest ARRIVING 15 minutes before your appointment, giving you time to shower and change into swimwear. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of scheduled treatments.
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age required to access the spa is 16.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform the team of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect the service when making your spa booking.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Spa is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings. We recommend storing valuables in your room safe during your visit. To protect your clothing, we also recommend using the bathrobe provided.
ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE
The spa is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that a client or guest may suffer while using the facilities.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 30 days on presentation of the original purchase receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
