The delivery time is 72 hours for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders of an amount greater than € 150.00, shipping will be free. For lower orders, the shipping price is € 8.00 for the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Andorra.

Orders placed before 12:00 a.m. are prepared and shipped that same day, orders placed after 12:00 a.m. are managed the next business day so that their delivery time increases by 24 hours. On weekends or holidays are managed the next business day.
The delivery time is computed from the moment the order leaves our warehouse until it reaches the indicated address. You can know that your order has already been picked up by our courier agency, when you receive the email confirming the change of status of your order to sent.

What do I do if I find myself absent from my home on the day of delivery?

Even if you choose this method, you will receive the same information as when a home delivery is made and the agency will inform you that your order is available for collection at the delivery point. The cost of this type of shipment is the same as a home delivery.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
